A Valentine’s talk on connection, capacity and the everyday practice of love
📅 February 10, 8:00–9:00 AM

We often think of love as something we feel.
But love is also something we choose and practice — and something we must have the capacity for.
This Valentine’s season, join Sanna Letzén, Head of Coaching, and Elin Ribjer, Head of Matchmaking at Lemarc Thomas, for a warm, insightful and deeply relatable talk about love as action, awareness and inner capacity.
Drawing on modern relationship psychology, coaching and neuroscience — as well as years of hands-on work with individuals and couples — they explore why our ability to stay curious, kind and connected in relationships is not just a matter of intention, but of capacity shaped by life experience.
The talk explores:
- Why loving is a verb — not a feeling that sustains itself
- How connection is built (or lost) through small, everyday behaviours
- The importance of our relationships to stay healthy and wealthy in the long run
- What often happens after the “dating phase” — and how closeness can continue to grow
- Why our reactions in relationships are rarely just about the present moment
- How awareness creates a pause — and with it, the possibility of choice
- From romantic relationships to everyday encounters, this talk invites a simple but powerful question:
What would love do — here, now, given the capacity I have in this moment?
A morning about presence, responsibility and the small choices that keep relationships alive.
