IVAR INVITES YOU TO AN EXCLUSIVE ARTIST DINNER "EAT FLOWERS"

In collaboration with WILLAS contemporary, we invite you to an exclusive evening and dinner together with the British artist Cig Harvey. The evening begins with an art and film screening guided by Cig Harvey, followed by a specially composed dinner in Klubbens kitchen on the Executive Floor.

IVAR Stockholm's food creator Linda De Groot has drawn inspiration from Cig Harvey's recipes from the book Blue Violet and presents the following menu:

Starter: Beetroot carpaccio with rose vinaigrette, goat cheese and toasted pine nuts, topped with marigold flowers

Main Course: Flower-gravad lax with saffron risotto, fried zucchini flower, citrus-marinated carrots and wild carrot flowers

Dessert: Violet mousse with almond and white chocolate cake, decorated with violet flowers
