We check in with Emma Jönsson, Event Coordinator at Ivar Stockholm, with three quick questions!

Emma, Welcome to Ivar Stockholm – what does your new role with us entail?
- Thank you so much! As an event coordinator at Ivar, I get to create unforgettable experiences. I'm involved from start to finish, helping our clients bring their visions to life, whether it's an intimate gathering, a trade show, or an extravagant party. My role is to be the reliable partner that ensures everything is planned down to the smallest detail, making sure the clients' ideas become reality in the best possible way.

What do you see as the biggest challenge in your new role?
- The biggest challenge is always staying one step ahead and being flexible. Events can change quickly, so it's essential to adapt to new circumstances without losing control. At the same time, I always strive to exceed our clients' expectations, which means finding the perfect balance between creativity and structure.

What do you appreciate most about working at Ivar?
- What I appreciate most is the variety! One day, we're planning a focused conference, and the next, it's a grand party or an elegant dinner. No day is the same, which makes the job both challenging and incredibly fun. I also love working in such a dynamic and inspiring environment, with fantastic clients and amazing colleagues – we have fun at work, and that truly makes a difference!
