3 key questions with Ivar's Operations Manager

Hello Beatrice and welcome to Ivar Stockholm – what does your new position with us entail?
Thank you very much! As Operations Manager, I have overall responsibility for the daily operations and staff here at Ivar Stockholm. It involves ensuring that we maintain the highest quality in everything we do, both in our meetings and events as well as the operation of our Private Office. My task is to lead the team, create a pleasant work environment, and at the same time ensure that we meet our customers' expectations and needs in the best possible way.

What do you see as the biggest challenge in your new role?
The biggest challenge will probably be balancing the different business areas and making sure we continuously evolve and adapt to the market's needs. It's about being able to offer flexible solutions for both companies and individuals in an industry that is constantly changing, while also ensuring my team has the right conditions to deliver at a high level. Maintaining consistent quality while being innovative is a challenge, but also one of the most exciting aspects of the role.

What do you appreciate most about working at Ivar Stockholm?
What I appreciate most is the dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with such a variety of clients and events. Every day is unique, and there's always something new to learn. I also love how we at Ivar Stockholm create a creative and inspiring atmosphere for both our team and our customers. Additionally, it’s incredibly rewarding to lead a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering top-quality service.
